Mr. Ahn joined CD&R in 2011. Previously, he was a partner and head of the Asia-Pacific mergers and acquisitions service line at McKinsey & Company. In that capacity, he worked closely with management teams from multi-national companies regarding strategies to enter Asian markets, as well as large Asian companies expanding their businesses outside of their home markets. Mr. Ahn helped establish the Firm’s joint venture in China and serves as a Partner at the Firm. He earned a B.A. in economics and an M.S. in industrial engineering from Stanford University, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Babiarz has been with the Firm for 28 years and specializes in structuring complex financings and managing the Firm’s relationships with debt providers. Previously, he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. He holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Banga joined CD&R's London office in 2010 after a 33-year career at Unilever, where he served as Executive Board member and President of Global Foods, Home & Personal Care. He led the creation of a 'One Unilever' agenda for the Foods, Home & Personal Care category organization, responsible for innovation and marketing mix development across 170 countries for all 270 Unilever brands, and he was responsible for Unilever's sustainability agenda. Previously, Mr. Banga served as President, Home and Personal Care Asia and as Chairman and Managing Director of Unilever's operating company in India, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Mr. Banga played the lead operating role on CD&R's investments in Diversey and Mauser Group and helped establish the Firm's joint venture in India. He is currently the Chairman of Kalle Group and serves on the Board of High Ridge Brands. He served on the Prime Minister of India's Council of Trade & Industry from 2004 to 2014. Mr. Banga serves on the Board of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), and is a Senior Independent Director on the Boards of Marks and Spencer plc and GlaxoSmithKline plc. Mr. Banga was appointed Chairman of Marie Curie in January 2018. He holds a B.Tech. in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management.

Mr. Berges joined the Firm in 2006 and is a member of the Investment Committee. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman and President at Emerson Electric Co., where he led corporate growth and development activities and was responsible for the company’s motors and appliance components, industrial automation, and network power businesses. Prior to Emerson, he worked at General Electric Company. Mr. Berges served as Chairman of Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. from 2006 to 2012, Chairman of HD Supply, Inc. from 2007 to 2014, Chairman of Hussmann International from 2011 to 2016, and Director of Diversey, Inc. from 2009 to 2011, during CD&R’s investments in those companies. He currently represents CD&R as Chairman of Core & Main and Chairman of the Executive Committee of NCI Building Systems. He is a director of PPG Industries, Inc. and former Chairman of the National Association of Manufacturers. Mr. Berges received a presidential appointment to the Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations in March 2005. He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Ms. Blanco joined CD&R in 2018 as Counsel after spending over four years in the Investment Management Group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP where she split her time between fund formation and regulatory matters. Prior to law school, Ms. Blanco worked for Fischer Francis Trees & Watts (BNP Paribas Asset Management). She assists in matters across the Firm, including contract negotiation, marketing materials review, and compliance support. Ms. Blanco received a B.A. and M.A. from Fordham University and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.

Mr. Campelli joined CD&R in 2015.  He is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities and played a key role in the acquisition of Safway by Brand Industrial Services. Previously, he held positions at Sageview Capital, Duquesne Capital Management, and KKR, and worked in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He currently serves as a Director of Brand and Exaro Energy III LLC.  Mr. Campelli graduated from Harvard College with a B.A. in economics.

Mr. Compton became a CD&R Partner in 2015 after serving as an Operating Advisor since 2013. Mr. Compton is a 29-year veteran formerly serving as President of PepsiCo, Inc and as Chairman of US Foods. He currently serves as Chairman of Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, High Ridge Brands, and TruGreen, and serves on the Board of Directors of American Greetings. Mr. Compton’s career at PepsiCo started at Frito-Lay in 1983. In 2002, after serving in positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of operational and sales capacities, he was appointed Vice Chairman and President of Frito-Lay North America. Mr. Compton went on to serve as CEO of PepsiCo Americas Foods, which included Frito-Lay North America, Quaker Oats brands, and all of PepsiCo’s Latin American food and snack businesses. He became President of PepsiCo in 2011. Mr. Compton is the former CEO of Pilot Flying J Corporation. He serves on the boards of First Horizon National Corporation and The University of Tennessee, and was previously on the board of Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. In 2009, he was named a “CEO of Tomorrow” by BusinessWeek. Mr. Compton received a B.S. in finance from The University of Tennessee.

Mr. Conway is the Vice Chairman of CD&R, a member of the Management Committee, and the Chairman of the Firm’s Investment Committee, which evaluates all potential new investments. Throughout his 24 years at CD&R, Mr. Conway has been active in many of the Firm’s investments and organizational initiatives and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer on all aspects of the Firm’s operations. Previously, Mr. Conway was a senior member of the Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mergers and Acquisitions Department and later, the Chief of Staff of the Investment Banking division. Mr. Conway is a graduate of Amherst College and holds both a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Mr. Fradin joined CD&R in 2016. He currently serves as Chairman of Capco and Tranzact. Mr. Fradin served as President and CEO at SunGard Data Systems, a $3 billion software and IT services provider with 15,000 customers across more than 70 countries from 2011 until the company’s acquisition by FIS in November 2015. Prior to SunGard, he served as the Chairman and CEO of Aon Hewitt, a global leader in human resource solutions. During his tenure, Mr. Fradin oversaw the September 2010 merger between Aon Consulting and Hewitt Associates, having been CEO of Hewitt since 2006. Previously, he was CEO of the BISYS Group and held a range of senior executive positions at Automatic Data Processing, both providers of business outsourcing solutions. He worked many years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he was a senior partner. Mr. Fradin is Lead Independent Director of Best Buy Co., Inc. and serves on the boards of TransUnion and Hamilton Insurance Group. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S in economics and finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Franco joined CD&R in 2006 after advising the Firm for 15 years. He is responsible for managing relationships with critical external stake-holders, including limited partners. He leads the fundraising team and is involved in related capital access activities. He serves on the board of the Private Capital Research Institute, a not-for-profit corporation focused on advancing the understanding of private capital’s role in the global economy, and Privcap, a producer of online content for participants in private capital markets. Previously, Mr. Franco served as Chairman and CEO of Broadgate Consultants, an advisor to private equity managers, which he founded in 1987 in conjunction with U.K.-based securities firm, Hoare Govett. He has successfully launched a global publishing business, PEI Media, serving the alternative asset industry and, earlier, practiced corporate law. Mr. Franco holds a J.D. from Fordham University and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Giuriceo has been with CD&R for 14 years and is a member of the Investment Committee.  He leads or co-leads the Firm’s investments in American Greetings, David’s Bridal, High Ridge Brands, and TruGreen, as he did with the investments in SiteOne Landscape Supply, Envision Healthcare, Sally Beauty, Healogics, and ServiceMaster. Prior to joining CD&R, Mr. Giuriceo worked in the principal investment area and investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He is a Director of American Greetings, David’s Bridal, High Ridge Brands, and TruGreen, and a former Director of Envision, Sally Beauty, Healogics, SiteOne Landscape Supply, and ServiceMaster. Mr. Giuriceo earned a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Gogel is in his 30th year with the Firm and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 1998, President since January 1997, and Chairman since 2012. He is a member of the Investment and Management Committees and plays an active role in shaping the Firm’s strategy, recruiting talent, sourcing new investment opportunities, negotiating transactions, and helping to lead key internal processes, including Portfolio Company Operating Reviews and CEO Roundtables. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gogel led a number of investments that established the Firm’s reputation in completing complex carve-outs from major corporations, including Lexmark International, which was named by Private Equity International in June 2004 as one of the 30 most influential private equity deals of all time, as well as Alliant Foods, Allison Engine, Jafra, and Van Kampen, among others. He previously served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, Inc. and a Managing Director at Kidder, Peabody & Company, Inc. Mr. Gogel holds a B.A. from Harvard College in international relations, an M. Phil. in Politics from Balliol College, Oxford University where he was a Rhodes Scholar, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Ms. Griffiths joined CD&R in 2015. She has leadership responsibilities for finance, information technology, human resources, legal, compliance, and office management. Ms. Griffiths is a 22-year veteran of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was a partner in the U.S. deal practice specializing in financial due diligence. She participated in over 150 transactions, spending a majority of her time advising private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies across a wide variety of industries. Ms. Griffiths is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. in accounting from Miami University.

Mr. Herbst joined the Firm’s London office in 2006. He plays a key role in several of the Firm’s investments, including B&M Retail, BUT, and Motor Fuel Group, as he did with the investment in BCA. Previously, he worked for Duke Street Capital, where his responsibilities included transaction origination, execution, and transformation. Mr. Herbst also worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. advising financial institutions across Europe on acquisitions as well as debt and equity transactions. Mr. Herbst is a Director of BUT and Motor Fuel Group. Mr. Herbst is a graduate of Universitá Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy.

Previously, she held positions at Metalmark Capital and McCown De Leeuw, both private equity firms, and worked in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ms. Kim currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Vets First Choice. She received a B.A. in economics and political science from Yale University, as well as a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Krenicki joined CD&R in 2013 after a 29-year career at the General Electric Company. He currently serves as Chairman of Wilsonart International, Chairman of Brand Industrial Services, and Lead Director of Ply Gem Holdings. He is a former Vice Chairman of GE and former President and CEO of GE Energy. His responsibilities included oversight of GE’s Oil & Gas, Power and Water, and Energy Management businesses, which employed more than 100,000 people in more than 165 countries and represented more than $50 billion in revenue. He held several leadership roles with GE prior to leading GE Energy, including President and CEO of GE Plastics and President and CEO of GE Transportation, and served as a director of GE Capital. Mr. Krenicki also serves as independent director of Devon Energy Corporation.  He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut and an M.S. in management from Purdue University.

Mr. Lachner joined CD&R in 2012 and is based in London. He played a key role in the Firm's investments in Belron and Kalle, and as he did for CD&R’s prior investments in Exova and Mauser Group. Mr. Lachner studied at the Franco-German undergraduate program of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), Princeton University, and earned a double Master’s degree from Sciences Po and The London School of Economics.

He is a Director of BUT and Motor Fuel Group. Previously, he worked at Mubadala Development Company and Citigroup Investment Banking. Mr. Laï graduated from ESCP-EAP European School of Management in Paris.

Prior to joining CD&R, he held positions at Advent International and Bain & Company. Mr. Malconian graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. and M. Eng. in electrical engineering and computer science and a B.S. in management science and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Malfettone joined the Firm in 2010 and serves as Senior Managing Director. His roles include Chief Compliance Officer and leader of the Firm’s Portfolio Procurement and Portfolio Insurance Programs. Previously, he was Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Oak Hill Capital Partners. Mr. Malfettone spent 12 years in senior leadership positions and as an Officer at GE Capital serving as the Corporate Controller, Group CFO, and Managing Director in the Private Equity Business. He also served as the EVP and CFO for MacDermid Inc. and as a Partner at KPMG Peat Marwick. He serves on the University of Connecticut Foundation Board of Trustees. Mr. Malfettone, a CPA, holds a B.S. from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Margarido joined CD&R in 2018 and is based in Luxembourg. He supports the Firm’s portfolio companies from a finance, accounting, tax, compliance, and governance perspective. Prior to joining CD&R, Mr. Margarido worked at Anchorage Capital Luxembourg where he was focused on European tax structuring matters. He served on the board of several Luxembourgish and Irish investment companies. Mr. Margarido began his career working in the tax departments of Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers in different countries. Mr. Margarido graduated from Instituto Superior de Gestao in Lisbon with a management degree and post-graduate in taxation, and a post-graduate in finance and control from CEMAF-ISCTE in Lisbon.

Ms. Patnode joined CD&R in 2014 after spending ten years at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Ms. Patnode supports CD&R’s investment professionals by reviewing and negotiating contracts in early stages of deal due diligence and handles the legal review of procurement agreements for CD&R and the portfolio companies. She also advises CD&R’s information technology, compliance, finance, and human resources departments on a variety of in-house legal matters. Ms. Patnode received a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from Rutgers University.

Mr. Pressler joined CD&R in 2009. He played the lead operating role in the Firm’s investments in AssuraMed and SiteOne Landscape Supply, serving as Chairman of both companies until CD&R’s exit. Mr. Pressler has served as Chairman of David’s Bridal since 2012 and was Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2018. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Pressler served as President and CEO of Gap Inc. Previously, he spent 15 years in senior leadership roles with The Walt Disney Company, including Chairman of the global theme park and resorts division, President of Disneyland, and President of The Disney Stores. Mr. Pressler serves on the boards of Wilsonart International, The DryBar, Inc., and eBay Inc. He holds a B.S. in business economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.

Mr. Quarta has been a Partner with CD&R for 17 years and is Chairman of CD&R Europe. In addition, Mr. Quarta is Chairman of WPP plc and Chairman of Smith & Nephew plc. Based in London, he played the lead operating role in the Firm’s investment in SPIE and served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rexel during CD&R’s ownership of the company from 2005 to 2014. Prior to CD&R, he served as CEO of BBA Group plc from 1993 to 2001, leading the successful restructuring and reorganization of the Company, and continued to serve as Chairman from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Quarta also held various senior leadership positions with BTR plc and served on the Board of Directors. He is former Chairman of IMI plc and a former non-executive director of SPIE, BAE Systems plc, Foster Wheeler Corp, Fondo Strategico Italiano, Equant NV, and PowerGen plc. Mr. Quarta is a graduate and former Trustee of the College of the Holy Cross.

Mr. Rochat joined CD&R in 2004 and is based in London. Mr. Rochat led the acquisitions of Belron, Exova, and SPIE. He also led the sale of Brakes Group and served as a Director of the Company. Prior to joining CD&R, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, and a Director at Schroder Ventures (now Permira). He also worked in the London and New York offices of Morgan Stanley’s mergers and acquisitions department. Mr. Rochat is a Director of Belron. He holds a B.A. and Ph.D. in law from the Université de Lausanne, as well as an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Sachdev joined CD&R in 2015. He plays a key role in the Firm’s investments in agilon health, Vets First Choice, Tranzact, and Healogics. Previously, he served as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Healthcare Services at J.P. Morgan, advising senior healthcare company executives on strategic initiatives, M&A, and capital markets. In that role, Mr. Sachdev advised on multiple transactions including the sale of Medco to Express Scripts, Vanguard to Tenet, Trizetto to Cognizant, and the IPOs of HealthEquity, SCA, Premier, and IMS Health. He serves on the Board of the Healthcare Private Equity Association. Mr. Sachdev received his B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Storch joined CD&R’s London office in 2011. He plays a key role in the Firm’s investment in Kalle Group and serves on the company’s Board, as he did in CD&R’s prior investment in Mauser Group. Previously, he worked at Bain Capital in both London and Munich, where he was involved in evaluating and executing a number of private equity transactions. Prior to Bain Capital, he worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in both London and Frankfurt. Mr. Storch graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Master’s in engineering.

Mr. Yoon has held a range of senior investment banking roles over the past four decades. Most recently, he served as Chairman and Senior Advisor of Macquarie Securities Korea Limited. Prior roles include country head positions at ING, ABN AMRO and RBS where he also oversaw Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, M&A and Corporate Advisory Services for global and Korean clients. Mr. Yoon formerly served as a member of the Boards of LG Card, Woori Bank, Kookmin Bank and LG Corporation and has also served as a member of National Economy Advisory Council for the Korean government. Mr. Yoon earned a B.A. at the College of Law, Seoul National University, an M.A. at the Law School of Kookmin University, and completed the Senior Management Program at Stanford University.
