Mr. Ahn joined CD&R in 2011. Previously, he was a partner and head of the Asia-Pacific mergers and acquisitions service line at McKinsey & Company. In that capacity, he worked closely with management teams from multi-national companies regarding strategies to enter Asian markets, as well as large Asian companies expanding their businesses outside of their home markets. Mr. Ahn helped establish CD&R’s joint venture in China and serves as a partner at the Firm.

He is a director of PPG Industries, Inc. and former chairman of the National Association of Manufacturers. In 2002, after serving in positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of operational and sales capacities, he was appointed vice chairman and president of Frito-Lay North America. Mr. Compton went on to serve as CEO of PepsiCo Americas Foods, which included Frito-Lay North America, Quaker Oats brands, and all of PepsiCo’s Latin American food and snack businesses. He serves on the board of First Horizon National Corporation, is chair of the board at The University of Tennessee, and was previously on the board of the Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc.

Mr. Sleeper joined CD&R in 2000 and is a member of the Investment Committee. He also leads CD&R’s industrial investment vertical. Mr. Sleeper has been involved in CD&R’s investments in Artera Services (fka PowerTeam Services), Atkore, Beacon Roofing Supply, Brand Industrial Services, Brakes Group, Core & Main, Cornerstone Building Brands, Culligan, Hertz, Hussmann, Roofing Supply Group, SunSource, US Foods, White Cap, and Wilsonart, as well as its debt investments in HD Supply and US Foods. Prior to CD&R, he worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. and at investment firm Tiger Management. Mr. Sleeper has an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Williams College.
