With 43 remarketing centers across 12 countries, BCA annually sold over £4 billion of used vehicles, ranging from nearly-new and ex-lease stock to budget and older product. CD&R sold BCA to Haversham Holdings in 2015. Over the course of CD&R’s ownership, EBITDA increased by approximately 76%.
